    • After news publications were ordered to apologize to Heather Mills for making inaccurate claims about her, she criticized them as "postage stamp-sized apologies"
    • Ian Edmondson (previous News of the World news editor) expressed agreement with counsel to the enquiry, Robert Jay QC, in referring to News of the World's "culture of bullying"
